Subscription Refund Policy:
1. Refund Eligibility:
- Subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must request the refund within the specified period, and the subscription must not have been fully utilized.
2. Refund Process:
- To request a refund for a subscription, please contact our customer support team at kamal@huehive.co within 14 days of the initial purchase.
- Refunds for subscriptions will be prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription period.
- Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
- Subscriptions that have been fully utilized or expired are not eligible for a refund.
HueHive Points Refund Policy:
1. Refund Eligibility:
- HueHive Points are non-refundable if used.
- HueHive points can be refunded if requested withen 14 days if not used.
2. Exceptions:
- In the event of a technical issue resulting in the loss of HueHive Points, please contact our customer support at kamal@huehive.co for assistance.
