To import a custom color palette into Microsoft Excel, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open Excel: Launch Microsoft Excel and open a new or existing workbook.

  2. Access the Page Layout Tab: Go to the “Page Layout” tab in the ribbon at the top of the window.

  3. Select Colors: In the “Themes” group, click on the “Colors” dropdown menu.

  4. Create New Theme Colors: At the bottom of the dropdown menu, select “Customize Colors.”

  5. Define Your Colors: In the “Create New Theme Colors” dialog box, you will see options to customize colors for various elements (Text/Background, Accents, etc.). Click on each color box to open the color picker.

  8. Save and Apply: Click “Save” to apply your new color theme to the workbook.

  9. Use the Colors: Now, you can use your custom pastel colors in charts, backgrounds, and text throughout your spreadsheet.
