Based on your description of a pale-skinned young girl with long light pink hair and pink eyes, I have created a color palette that reflects these characteristics.

This color palette captures the soft and delicate qualities associated with the character you described. The colors range from pale skin tones to various shades of pink that represent the hair and eyes.

Is there anything specific you would like to add or modify in this palette?
