Based on your query about a blue-colored cartoon character from the 1960s, I have created a color palette inspired by that era and theme. Here’s the color palette:

    },
    {
      "name": "Royal Blue",
      "hex_code": "

    },
    {
      "name": "Dodger Blue",
      "hex_code": "

       "
    },
    {
      "name": "Steel Blue",
      "hex_code": "

       "
    },
    {
      "name": "Powder Blue",
      "hex_code": "

          #B0E0E6
       "
    }
  ]
}

This palette features shades of blue that evoke a playful and nostalgic feel, reminiscent of the cartoon characters from the 1960s.

Do you have a specific character in mind or would you like to explore more about this theme?
